Bianco SA (Conthey)

Today, BIANCO SA employs between 25 and 30 people. The company is divided into five technical departments (sanitaryware, tinsmithing/roofing, heating, ventilation, repairs) and an administrative sector.

HEATING

Heating fitters are responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and repairing heating and cooling systems.

He assembles heating pipes and fittings according to drawings.

In addition to traditional systems (oil, gas), they are also involved in the latest heating systems using renewable energies.

The heating fitter is increasingly called upon to install air conditioning, energy recovery systems, solar systems and heat pumps.

SANITARY

Wherever in the home water is essential, the sanitary fitter installs the piping required for your comfort. He installs bathtubs, toilets, washbasins and bathroom equipment.

He also lays gas pipes and adjusts gas heaters. If possible, he prepares the pipes in the workshop, cuts them to length, bends them and assembles them using various processes (threading, crimping, gluing, welding).

When troubleshooting, the sanitary fitter repairs damaged parts, replaces faulty pipes, checks the distribution circuit and, if necessary, installs new appliances (baths, washbasins, etc.).

VENTILATION

Ventilation engineers manufacture and install ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Installation drawings are essential working documents. On the basis of these plans, the builder defines the precise location of equipment, ducts and accessories on the site.

Ventilation ducts are manufactured in the workshop. Ventilation system builders know the qualities of thin sheet metal and how to shape the various assembly plies. They are familiar with assembly, sealing and fastening techniques, as well as aluminium (argon) and plastic (PPs) welding, screwing and riveting.

TINSMITHING

Tinsmiths dress and protect parts of the roof, such as dormers, superstructures and so on. To prevent rainwater infiltration, they install gutters between the roof and the facade. He connects chimneys, dormers, etc. to the roof by means of trims.

Before climbing onto the roofs to carry out these installations, the tinsmith prepares the various components of the fittings in the workshop, using special tools and appropriate machinery. Cutting, folding, bending, edging, disgorging, pressing! This multitude of techniques proves it: this work is truly varied, it's an art.

COUVERTURE

The roofer is the person who installs all kinds of materials on the roofs and facades of houses, to ensure the watertightness of the roof and the building envelope. He protects roofs from rain and wind by covering them with materials suited to their shape and geographical location.

BIANCO SA pays particular attention to the smooth running of this department.
